Product Description
Rare electric fan Swamp Cooler - no manufacturers markings but probably an Allstate. Good used condition showing marks from use and mounting.
Deluxe model with fan assistance - not sure if its 6V or 12V so use with caution.
May need adapting slightly to fit a Beetle or a Bay Window or other car. Support rod is new repro and will need adapting to fit this unit.
A swamp cooler works by evaporating water into the incoming air thus cooling it, simple air conditioning from back in the day.
Made in USA, 50's or 60's.
