New Performance camshaft for smaller VW aircooled engines. This is a rather special grind of cam - selected for a 'hot' 40hp setup to work with smaller inlet ports and manifolds.
Called a Kadron special this cam is designed for a broad power range for small displacement street, off-road, or turbo engines, especially with Kadrons or other dual 1bbl carbs. Valve Lift - 0.422; Advertised Duration - 276 degrees; Actual Duration @0.50" - 240 degrees.
This webcam 119 has not only been clearanced for stroker it has been ground at 105 degree lobe seperation - which is slightly dirtier emissions (reversion), but tons of low end torque!
Ideally fits between an Engle 100 and an Engle 110 in terms of duration.
