Early American Bike showing hard as nails patina and wear, rust and damage etc.
Perfect for a Rat Bike or making into a RatRodBike or just customising.
Wards Hawthorne was a classic Bike manufacturer and this bike shows all the early styles - cruiser handles, twin bars, balloon tyres, Cruiser handlebars and of course that fabulous skiptooth sprocket system.
This bike works - the balloon white wall tires are new but they hold air well and the brake works.
The left side pedal needs repair and the bike would benefit a very light restoration.
Very cool 50's Americana.
Collect only due to size.
